The City of Lights - Branson is a 'Stay to Play' event
EVENT DETAILSThis event is based off our very successful City of Lights model, and we had a strong debut in Branson in 2020. For 2023, you can expect a strong group of college coaches to be on location, giving players a unique chance to show skills and begin building relationships with coaches and programs on the hunt for talent.
2023 City of Lights Branson Format: 5 Showcase Games on Saturday and Sunday starting at 8am. 1hr 20 minutes drop dead. There will be no scores kept during this event. Teams must be willing to play Sunday afternoon. There will be College Coaches will be working these games watching at every backstop, rotating themselves every 40 minutes. Conditions of Acceptance Teams must comply with our STAY to PLAY lodging policy. All teams stay at the same hotel property with College Coaches and Triple Crown Staff. ITINERARYFriday Nov 3

REFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division/the event is sold out or if a team cancels 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 11 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund. CONTACT |
