College programs stay in pursuit of talent and roster upgrades all through the offseason, including this high-value showcase event in metropolitan Phoenix. Be ready for high-tempo game action and lots of college coach interaction, with programs ranging from NAIA and JUCO through NCAA D-II.
Event Format: 3 pool play games to a single elimination bracket
Games will start no earlier than 4:45pm on Friday, November 4th
Age Cutoff Date: December 31, 2023
Teams will NOT be officially entered in the tournament until the following registration requirements are met:
1. Entry Fee Paid in Full.
2. Minimum of 14 room nights with a Triple Crown Lodging Partner.
3. A completed Triple Crown Digital Roster.

A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 11 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
